Architecture: Honorable Mention 2025 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This photograph captures the iconic canal houses of Amsterdam, their leaning façades and ornate gables mirrored in the still water below. The interplay of geometry, symmetry, and distortion reveals the quiet resilience of these centuries-old structures against the passage of time...
...It was also a nightmare waiting for all the boats to move out the way!
