ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This simplistic architectural photograph seeks to illustrate an "Interruption" in capturing the temporary interacting with the ephemeral. The artwork makes use of the structures geometric design in developing monotony, homogeneity and visual rhythm - all of which are suddenly interrupted by the appearance of a solitary figure. A monochromatic palette was made use of in keeping with a minimalist aesthetic as well as seeking to weave an elements of the surreal with architectural photography.

AUTHOR
Photography is the medium with which I embody the perspectives I have in mind and share my sense of aesthetics. Through light, shadow, form, composition and negative space I seek to transform the everyday mundane into marvellous wishing to offer the viewer a moment of escapism. Most of my artistic expression is shared within three principle genres, namely architecture, landscape and street photography approaching each in a purist manner in wanting to tell stories with minimal elements.
