ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The quiet strength of classical architecture is reflected in this study of form and proportion. The columns rise with confidence, their surfaces marked by simplicity and balance, while the carved capitals above introduce refinement that softens their strength.

Viewed from a ground-level perspective, the scale of the columns becomes immediately apparent. They dominate the frame, not as decoration, but as essential structure, built to carry weight and endure. Their rhythm creates order, while subtle shifts of shadow and light bring variation, reminding us that permanence still interacts with time.

The image is titled Pillars of Time because these forms represent more than architectural elements. Columns have long symbolized stability, continuity, and the ideals that civilizations strive to uphold. Here, they stand as reminders of the values that remain constant, even as the world around them changes.
