Landscape: Honorable Mention 2014 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Analogue photography taken on the colour film.
Pyrenees, march 2014. I was hiking in the winter Pyrenees almost one month with a friend. Mountains were under the snow. No people. Cold, hard. True wilderness. This night we slept in a small cabana on Col de Iseye in France. At the evening all was in the fog. The visibility under 2 meters. I went out for a moment at 2 o'clock in the night, and sow this beautifull moon. Then I went back to my backpack running. Took ice axe and two walking stick which fixed together with a 100g heavy "mini tripod" hand made by my friend makes me possible to photograph in the darkness (on 200 ISO film). It all tooks maybe two minutes. The circle around moon dissapear during shuting, wind brings clouds and I lost visibility again. This view was a gift after very difficult day.
