The place where we propose to our significant other holds a special place in all our hearts. It is unique to the individual, giving each spot a magical quality.

I tried to capture a little of that magic with this long exposure black and white photograph. The clean sky and smooth water help reflect the magic of this canopy, which has seen hundreds of proposals throughout the years.
