ENTRY DESCRIPTION
All the photographs are made in hospitals where people live with physical and mental disabilities. I tried to capture fragments of their lives, psychological portraits and genre portraits.
These people are free in a way, free from flattery, envy, problems, that a person “in the right state of mind” deals on daily bases. They live in their own little world where they can be themselves and no judgment matters.
Groundhog Day, is how I can describe their life. Due to illness they do not realize it, and going through life with a smile. “Let your smile change the world, don’t let the word change your smile.”- These words are my motto in the project.
