AUTHOR
Karolina Ostrowska was born in 1982 in Poland. She studied cultural and film science at the Lublin and she also studied web video production in Dublin. She took part at a few photography courses (WSFOTO.ART.PL, St. Kevin’s College Dublin). She admits that working as an assistant for Marian Schmidt and Tadeusz Rolke, as the strongest factors influencing her creative work. Over the past seven years her camera has led her on a personal journey through Poland and Ireland. Sometimes her photographs are like a visual poetry and sometimes they give way to documentary photography. Most of her images are taken with an analogue camera. Often working on personal projects. She had a solo and few group exhibitions in Poland as well as in Ireland.
