ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Awoke early one morning to discove snow storm! Saw hooded figure walking up hill. Ran for my camera, in my Jockey shorts, opned the window to let in the swirling snow, took 3/4 frames and the figurer disappeared, never to be seen again!!
Became a famous image for me; the book jacket cover carried this photo and the book became a NY Times best seller novel, THE BOOK THIEF, by Markus Zusak, published by Macmillan Publishing of Sydney, Australia! Later to ber made into a major film in 2013.
