AUTHOR
Jarhod was raised in San Diego, CA and began to look into photography as a hobby late in his high school years. It was not until two years into college he decided it was the career he wanted to pursue. His work and skills have evolved since he started to explore photography in 2007. He first began shooting black and white film and later made his way to digital photography. He still practices both mediums equally today. Jarhod has been known to shoot mundane scenes on the streets along with portraits. Lately, he has been creating a series architectural photos. He wants the capture the simplicity or complexity that each piece of architecture possesses. Currently, Jarhod is a student at San Jose State University and will soon receive a BFA in photography. He wishes that his work will assist him to pursue a career in commercial photography.
