ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Inspired by images of masked people, I bandaged Huda's head and asked her to smoke a cigarette. I wanted to create a portrait of an undefined person which viewers animate to think about it.

AUTHOR
Ralf Dreier has been photographing exclusively in black and white for 25 years. Initially analogue on 35mm and medium format, since the end of 2006 exclusively digital. He specialises in minimalist landscape and architectural photography.
