One country two systems, highly autonomy, ruled by hong kong people, these are said in the Sino-British Joint Declaration 1984, are said to be foundation of Hong Kong Basic Laws.
But, what in reality is, roadblocks and roadblocks are setup on our road to democracy, and we are "blessed" by the power holder for some sort of fake democracy, dressing by "ruled of law" which in fact, is "ruled by law".
What youngster are struggling for, is the very fundamentals of a modern democracy society should have.
Social movements have never been violent in Hong Kong in the recent 38 years. You can see no cities in the world strike peacefully as in Hong Kong.
87 tear bombs shot on the commer students triggered the umbrella revolution.
79 days later, forceful clearance seemingly ends the umbrella revolution. But it never destroy the youngsters' eagerness for freedom and democracy.
During the 79 days umbrella revolution, i tried to capture the soul with my camera, to record participants’ happiness, emotions, passions.
