Photomanipulation: Honorable Mention 2015 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I photographed a checkerboard that had been projected onto a wall. The spheres were a plastic hanging lamp that I photographed lit against a black background. It was then a matter of sizing and placement of the spheres within the checkerboard.
AUTHOR
William West received a BA Degree from Elon College in North Carolina in 1973.He spent 4 years from 1977-1981 as a newspaper photographer.Since then he has pursued fine art photography,winning many national and international awards,and has had a number of exhibitions.Current work is digitally based, with a new series of abstract stitched images called The Under Construction Series.Recently he has been working on material for a photography book. William is a resident of Mays Landing New Jersey.
