As one of the most prominent architects in the last century, Louis Kahn has never seen this project finished. The design has altered several times along with the suspension of the project, it was finished long after the death of the architect. However regardless all the difficulties, the tranquility of the atmosphere, the purity of material selection and the spiritual quality of space remain as the architect's signature.
