'Found in Light'
This photograph is about light and silence; two pillars of a place to worship.
Finding the silence is hard nowadays and we get to live a quite confusing life at times.
We all need a dream to hold on, a hope...a light to guide us.
In this photo, I have used a zoom burst technique with a mini tripod in order to capture the beams of light which are flooding space. The light embraces the columns, fades away the windows, directly connects the sky with the room and then with our soul.
It was taken in Glasgow inside Renfield St Stephens Church Centre. A church that has my name and a place where you can find a moment of silence and tranquility.
It was autumn 2014, a quiet afternoon, alone; me and my camera.
I really hope not many words are needed in order to explain this photograph because my dream is to get speak only through images; to convey my messages and ideas over time with a mere barrier-the photo paper.
Thank you
