ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The photography Red Giant is part of a series called Cosmic Dinner which was completed on April 2016, it's a multidisciplinary project that unites concepts from photography and painting.

This piece explores the dematerialization of space through light, through the properties of the materials in action, an ordinary white dinning plate with ink, water and rests of food gains a new life being photographed in negative. The image looks like a picture captured by a space probe of a Star millions of light years apart from our world. With this technique I created three hundreds of celestial bodies. The series show us many possibilities, many realities unknown to man each hiding answers to ancient questions.

The project invites the observer to rethink what he sees and what he thinks, I hope the contemplation of these photographs can remind it's viewer of it's own littlenes and remind him of how little we know about the world or ourselves.
