ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This was the series that reignited my passion for photography. Conceptually, it was centred around the idea of a dark metamorphosis; a challenging self-transformation. This image was the second of four, showing the jarring transition to self-discovery, and emphasising inner turmoil through motion. It was my intention to keep a calm self-awareness on the subject's face throughout the series, as her form changed around her.
