Falsterbo channel, Sweden. Long time exposure photography

AUTHOR
I am a photographer living in Sweden on the countryside outside the city of Malmö. I have been creating mostly abstract paintings all my life but have now the last couple of years found a passion for photography.

In my photography, especially landscapes and waterscapes from the Nordic countries– are my main fields of interest. As I live in a rural part of Skåne, most of my landscape photos are taken from there. Skåne has also a long beautiful coastline where I take seascape photos. But I also like to travel to Faroe Islands, Iceland and Scotland for photography

I like simple and minimalistic compositions. To obtain a minimalistic image, I often work with long time-exposure to smooth moving elements like clouds and water. Most of my photos are also in black and white or in muted colors.
