Multiple exposure on 120 film. Part of a series Ghosts of the Present, an exploration of the temporal and transient nature of human presence.
AUTHOR
Alvin is a photographer who specializes in street photography and fine art photography involving human and abstract subjects. His visual works often deal with the exploration of social issues and human emotions.
Alvin uses both digital and film as his chosen media for photography.
Alvin is currently reading at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information and working on a long-term project, Please Stand Behind The Yellow Line.
His work has been published in leading national papers such as The Straits Times, Today, and Lianhe Zaobao. He has also been exhibited at the 11th Ngee Ann Photographic Exhibition. His series, Please Stand Behind The Yellow Line, is currently pending publication in an anthology by Ethos Books, This is Not a Safety Barrier.
Alvin also engages in freelance photojournalism.
