ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Lightning strikes the Daymark Tower in Devon, UK. I had seen a forecast for storms moving up from continental Europe during mid summer, so I set off to this remarkable tower in southern England. The storm hit with torrential rain at three in the morning so I set up near the tower and dialled in a ten second exposure to allow me a chance to catch the lightning. This was the only image I managed to capture in the chaotic conditions, but I left a happy boy.
