ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Healthcare costs have been on the rise a while now and it's becoming increasingly difficult for people to afford medical care. Such was the case with this family i met, in a small village in North Bulgaria. The story is unfortunate, of a father who couldn't afford the kind of care that his disabled son required.
He wasn't even able to manage a wheelchair for his son. I promised him that i would return with one.
However, a year later when i visit his home, i found out that his son had passed away a few weeks after my last visit.
