Photomanipulation: Honorable Mention 2016 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Mid-winter on our stormy west coast there were only 2 people on a 10km stretch of beach. Wild skies and wild seas influenced my editing process to create this dreamy image focusing on the insignificance of two small people in this wild environment.
AUTHOR
Mostly self taught, I have developed a passion for Fine Art photography creating images as a form of art and not necessarily just to capture the moment. I have had success in Underwater Photography as well, photographing people rather than sea life. I am a member of the Photographic Society of New Zealand, creating Audiovisuals as well as photographs.
I teach part time Beginner level Photography, Photoshop and Lightroom at an Art Centre as well as occasionally running my own workshops for people to learn photography and how to use their cameras.
