ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A picture about childhood and dream.

AUTHOR
Born in the south-west of France, 1962. He has received his first camera at thirteen years old, and did not leave it since then. Artist and Writer, he has published thirty books (poetry, novels…), before deciding on devote himself to photography. He actually prepares his first professional work of photographer, helped since three years by the french photographer Klavdij Sluban. His raw material is « here and now » and he looks for the universal into the local : nature, family life… His work reflects a cross-spirituality between West and East, owing to his interest for Japan ( he practices and teaches the traditional art of japanese sword). His work, demanding and radical, exclusively in black and white, expresses the vital energy of the moment. He considers photography as a solitary way, of which arises an intimate, strong and meditativ poetry.
