This image is part of the series "abstract concrete" which is an homage to Oscar Niemeyer, one of the most important architects in the world, deceased in 2012. This one refers to the columns of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brasilia, Brazil.
AUTHOR
Architect and photographer, José Roberto Bassul was born in Rio de Janeiro and lives in Brasilia. Focusing on architecture and urban landscapes, his work has been awarded in several important international competitions and published in specialized magazines such as B+W Magazine (USA), Minimalissimo (England), Luz del Norte (Mexico), BEX Magazine (Argentina) and Photo (France). His photographs have been exhibited in festivals, galleries and museums, individually in Brazil and collectively in many cities worldwide, and are part of relevant private and public collections. In 2018 he published a photobook named Concretist Cityscape, which is already sold out.
