ENTRY DESCRIPTION
After 400 years, outbreaks of plague have been registered in Venice. Most of the population fled the city. However, some individuals refused to leave as they believed that the fate could not be escaped.
AUTHOR
Giulio Zanni started photographing when he was a child. He started with documentary photography and then moved on to nature and fine art photography. Nowadays he is using the long-exposure techniques for most of his images. His work has been published in books and magazines and he won several awards. His portfolio has been selected among the best inspiring photographers.
