ENTRY DESCRIPTION
"Emptiness" As I went to my trip to Japan by my self with just a little Japanese knowledge, everything took a while. Instead of I took the express train for my one day trip to Hakone I end up in an hours trip. Frozen and just in time for sunset I made it to see Mt Fuji but instead of spend my time for the mountain my eye catches this fishing line in the water. Frozen and lost but happy!

My name is Karolin Schild and I am an award-winning landscape photographer born 1986 in East Germany- traveled the world and now found my new home in Australia.

Throughout my life, my absolute passions about photography and travel constantly developed my eye and skills to capture the beauty of this world and gain all the knowledge to be able to visualize my visions.

An important aspect of my pictures is the creative imaging process. Personally, therefore, I rather call myself a photo artist.

I LOVE capturing the moment that never will be forgotten and creating images that will last a lifetime.
