In this photo, Korean riot police block an exit inside Gwanghwamun Subway Station in Seoul during a protest against the president (Park Geun-Hye), in an attempt to prevent the flow of protestors seeking to join outside.

AUTHOR
My name is Joseph Chung and I am a Korean-American street photographer in South Korea. I was born in Seoul, but grew up in the Bronx borough of New York City, where my interest in photography began. Since I returned to Korea in 2011, I’ve been exploring and photographing aspects of the urban city and its inhabitants.
