ENTRY DESCRIPTION
These picture was taken in Chiayi, Taiwan. We can see handmade noodles drying naturally in the sun. In Taiwan, these kind of production method will probably disappear in a few years : it is a tough and not so well-paid work, so young people do not want to continue the business. In the future, all the products will be made by big factories, and all the process made by machines or robots.
