ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Shutki or Dried Fish is one of the major export item of Bangladesh. It is also a major contributor of domestic income source of people of coastal areas of Bangladesh. As there is space constraints and also for drying the fish quickly the fish is arranged in vertical style in some bamboo stack so that they get better sunlight and dries quickly. From a distance, it looks like the fish is there to be hanged.
