ENTRY DESCRIPTION
After my treatment for cancer, I used a big part of my free time during my recover trying to improve my portrait technique. These were months of lonliness, learning to manage with my new health state and looking for things to do, to free my mind of bad thoughts. I always felt interest about how evolved the portraits along the history of paintg and photography. One of my favourites, as you can see, is the 'Portrait of a Nobleman with His Hand on His Chest', of Doménikos Theotokópoulos "El Greco". I found something in common between my mood at he moment and the spirit of the painting. Something related with dignity, acceptance and let me be.
