BA in Film and Television- Queensland College of Arts (1985-1988).The Recession hit in the late 80'/early 90's so retrained with a Diploma of Childcare and Education (1997), Post Graduate Degree in Education (Early Childhood) 1999. Have been teaching ever since in the Queensland Education system. Photography has always been a passion and at times it has been a struggle to keep connected with my Art, whether it is photography, collage, drawing. Art is my home.I became a mobile photographer when a friend invited me to participate in a 52 Project, whereby you upload one photo each week for a year- used that week's topic. Having come from film and digital photography, I scoffed at the quality that could be achieved with a phone camera- but they have come a long way technically and my phone is now my sole piece of equipment. It is the camera you always have with you and it also gives credence to whether it is the artist or the equipment responsible.
