ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Delhi is a magical place! 16 million people, many different relgions, ethnies, cultures, languages.... But there is one thing which make Delhi so special! The beautiful soul of its people! You can feel the welcoming in every corner and maybe more than anywhere else in the world! A portait from a 80 years old man i met in old delhi in 2016. He was so quite but so imposant at the same time. i asked for a shot before living him.
AUTHOR
Skander Khlif (born 10 October 1983) is a Munich based Tunisian-German engineer and contemporary street and documentary photographer.
He studied High Frequency Technology and human machine interface. Attended the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nurnberg and earned his master’s degree in Engineering.
Before having lived in 8 different cities, he grew up in Tunis where like most of the local kids he spent most of his time playing and wandering the streets of his quarter. Today he still have a deep relationship with the streets and public areas which he considers as a theater stage where every one is playing, acting and performing. Street photography became his favorite way of looking at the world. As a lover of stolen shoots, he is a light seeker in search of stories to tell. Fascinated by emotions, and relationships between people and their environments. He aims to capture this elusive, special moment which will never happen again.
His work has been showed in several collective books and exhibitions.
