ENTRY DESCRIPTION
One of the things that I find striking about the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya is how peaceful and quiet it is. At the time I captured this shot there were a number of giraffes quietly walking across the savannah as the sun began to slip closer to the horizon. Despite the turbulent storm clouds beginning to roll in (as you can see behind this giraffe), the Mara remained at peace.
