ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I took this picture four years ago in Istanbul. It was the summer of 2013, right after the Gezi Park protests, during the Arab Spring.
Many things have happened in Turkey in the last four year but I think that today this image can still represent the struggle between the two different souls that coexist in Istanbul.
it still represents the contrast between traditional Turkey and the XXI century one and their constant struggle between East and West.
