AUTHOR
Over 20 years as an Art Director in advertising has certainly helped my photography. You can learn the core skills as a photographer, but it’s having that great eye that really matters. I was lucky to work with many great photographers, and was smart enough to pay attention. It also taught me how to work with people, how to connect and put my subjects at ease, and how to get the job done! I’ve been fortunate to have much recognition for my work over the last couple of years, and hope this continues and leads to more commissioned work, especially more political and socially aware portraits. Because it is a subject that is very close to me, I have started a portrait series of adults suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
