ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This is a shot of the Williamsburg Bridge in New York shot from Brooklyn on a sweltering August day in 2018. I shot this directly into the sun to create the lens flare and a sense of the moment of transition from uncertainty to understanding. For me this piece, the bridge connecting two great cities and the powerful light shining down upon it represents the fleeting yet memorable moment(s) in time when we first connect with something defining to who we are and who we want to be. A moment of clarity that points us with purpose to where we want to take ourselves next.
