ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Part of a black and white photographic series called the "The King", an exploration of the human form inspired by the Renaissance notions of beauty. This particular portrait depicts a king and his hope for a prosperous reign through the symbolism of the orchid flower as an emblem of strength, beauty and love. The equipment utilized for this photoshoot includes one Elinchrome soft box light as an overhead light source and a Canon EOS REBEL T5i camera with a 18 to 55 mm lens. This photo was shot at OCAD University's Photography Studio.
