AUTHOR
I was born in New Jersey on November 11th, 1948. My first hint of being artistically inclined was when I won an art contest in fifth grade for a Rorschach type design. I attended college at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut with a BA degree in Fine Arts. I also attended Temple University Tyler School of Art, Moravian University, and Lehigh University, in Pennsylvania.
I worked in a graphic design company in PA that designed large murals for such large companies as Bethlehem Steel. When I lived in Dallas, I gave art lessons to children, and painted and also did hand-painted photo silkscreening. I have participated in numerous sidewalk art shows in Pennsylvania and Miami, Florida, and belonged to the local photography clubs in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Upon settling in Prescott, AZ, I am active in the Prescott photography club, where I have received numerous ribbons, received several ribbons from the ACCC, a statewide competition, am selling my work both locally and online, and have had my work in local art galleries and local businesses. I recently won a 3rd Prize ribbon at the Mountain Artist's Guild in Prescott, AZ.
