ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A long exposure of Alpine summits catching the last glimpse of sunlight. I was standing on a bridge facing the confluence of the Isarco and Rienza rivers in Bressanone, Northern Italy. The photo was taken in January 2018.

AUTHOR
I was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon where I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology. In 2014, I moved to London, UK where I completed my Master's degree in Neuroscience, and where I am currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. However, photography has been a passion of mine since 2011. Last year, for a collaborative project at work, I photographed a 3D model of language pathways in the brain that was selected as a winner of the Wellcome Image Awards 2017.
