ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This picture was taken off the coast of Asamushi, Japan. I've seen a lot of tiny islands in Japan but I have never seen one quite like this. The form is cone like and covered a trees. Furthermore, there is a tori gate that serves as an entrance of some sort. One could only wonder what lies beyond.

Originally from Cheyenne Wyoming, I now reside in Japan as an English teacher. I picked up on photography when I was finishing my Bachelors in Art History at the University of Wyoming. Ever since then, I always look forward to documenting and creating images that people can relate to.
