ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I was in Riga, Latvia and I saw this lady sitting there. She looked so unhappy. I took the time out to speak to her for a minute and at the end of our conversation asked if I could take her picture.
She said yes but she couldn’t understand why I would want to take her picture. I said because I think you have a lovely smile and it would be a nice picture.

After I took it I showed her the picture she was pleasantly surprised.
I am a firm believer that someone’s opinion of you does not make you who you are, but seeing yourself through someone else’s eyes can give us a boost and make us see ourselves from a different perspective.
You know what they say, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so if someone pays you a compliment try not to brush it off, but if you can for just a moment look at yourself as others do, you may be presently surprised at what they see.
