ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This was taken at a river called Liangma nearby my apartment. The shores are lined with fishermen in the mornings and I enjoy walking along and taking pictures and asking questions of some of them. The answer to my question of whather they eat the fish they catch varied from "it's ok" to "no, too dirty, I throw them back". However what I saw was that they all collected the fish in water buckets, perhaps for proof of their catch? This is a follow up question I will ask with my limited Chinese ability.
The fishermen (have not seen even one woman engaged in this activity) often are in a semi meditative state but some also use the time to socialize, as these two gentlemen were when I took the picture.
