ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Eurasian Pygmy Owl, (Glaucidium passerinum), is the smallest owl in Europe. Pictures are taken this spring.

AUTHOR
Øystein Enger was born in 1979 in Gjøvik, Norway. During his childhood he developed a strong fascination for nature and wildlife. When he bought his first camera at the age of 28, he became passionate about nature photography.

As a nature photographer he like to show you views of our natural world in ways that you may not have seen them before through careful composition, and creative use of beautiful light. His focus has been on images that tell a story and shows animals in their environment.
