The symmetry and layering of these soft black capped chickadee feathers as it pauses for a landing were a delight to capture.

AUTHOR
Karen is an amateur photographer who has dappled in many different area - portraitures, family events, sporting events, nature, real estate, pro-bono work for non-profits, and newspaper work. She continues to work to broaden her 'photo personality' from "That's a beautiful photo" to "Wow - that's incredibly unique! How did you capture that?" She is a seven time IPA honorable mention award winner and was selected to be the location photographer for the "New England Orchards Cookbook" which was released in October of 2016. For the past five years, Karen has been the primary photographer for the progress of the upcoming Groton Hill Music project, and most recently, she was the photographer and book designer for "Sense of Place", published in October 2021.
