ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The never ending grasslands of Serengeti in Africa is truly a magical place. The calving season ( Jan-Mar ) is a great time to be there as well. I was there this February and one fine evening as the sun was going down, came across this lovely herd of elephants happily grazing away. Waited for some time enjoying the view of these majestic animals against the lovely savanna and the setting sun. That is when, a few of the clouds gave way and light started streaming in and onto the grazing pachyderms. A wonderful sight it truly was. This image is an attempt at conveying my emotion and what I saw that day.
