ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This image of the Spot billed Pelican was taken in Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, Karnataka, India.
The Pelicans are known to picking up sticks and other nesting material floating on water to build their nests. This image was clicked when one of the pelicans , picked up a stick floating on water and took off in our direction.
