Abstract: Honorable Mention 2018 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Recently there was an incident involving a Turkish turtle dove that lashed against the window of our living room. My wife was at home with our little baby boy, who startled awake because of the pop. The turtle dove made this tragic mistake probably twice, considering the second imprint on the right. I decided to wait until evening before making the final photo in order to get a dark background without distractions. The photo is taken from outside, with a focal length of 340mm on full frame, using flashlight from inside the house… The result made me think of two birds flying through space!
