ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta, Indonesia is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and the third largest Sunni mosque in term of capacity. This national mosque of Indonesia was built to commemorate Indonesian independence and named "Istiqlal", an Arabic word for "independence". After nearly eight years working as a Photo Editor at Forbes Indonesia, Ahmad Zamroni (familiarly called as Roni) has resigned from the publication. Before Forbes Indonesia, Roni had worked as a Photo Journalist at Agence France Presse (AFP) and Kompas Cyber Media.
