Silvio Kramar is a photographic artist based in Melbourne, Australia. Raised in Parenzo, a small seaside town on the Adriatic coast, Silvio spent his childhood exploring the nature around him, surrounded with deep history and culture. From an early age, his love for nature and passion for the arts were to become a significant influence in his approach to image making.

Silvio’s style is a progressive, interpretive and artistic approach and his art often explores modern stories entwined with allegorical themes. Describing his work, Silvio says: "Authentic, meaningful art reveals who we are. My images are derived from personal experiences, driven by an emotional engagement with the subject and they are an interpretation of what I feel rather than a literal representation of what I see.”

Passionate about creating art that conveys a sense of beauty and story, Silvio hopes his images stir an emotional response to a place or time that connects with the viewer. Drawing on a previous career in leadership and a love for coaching, he also hopes to support others to live a more creative life, one that inspires a positive attitude towards life and our environment.
