Nature: Honorable Mention 2018 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This was taken at Tama Zoo, Hino, Tokyo, Japan
I do not try to hide the fact that this was taken at a Zoo. I strive to show animals feelings through my photographs and Zoo animals are often left out.
It was snowing in Tokyo, which is quite rare and this Snow Leopard was suddenly in his right environment. His face staring at me was quite bone chilling. I felt a strong connection, it felt like he was trying to communicate with me.
