ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Recent portrait session shot in Spain to promote African art hand-made clothes and jewelry.
Lighting consists on three strobes plus softboxes with the model placed in front of a black background. This is a personal take trying to go deeper into the magestic beauty and nature of the girl who poses to the camera. She was asked to close her eyes to achieve a timeless and laid-back sensation.
With this image, monochrome was the only option thought by the author to get to the final result he wanted.

AUTHOR
Vigo (Spain)-based professional photographer since the nineties.
From his studio performs works of advertising image, social, industrial, portrait, beauty and report. His clients include official institutions, public and private institutions, companies, brands, design studios, advertising agencies, producers and individuals. At the same time he develops personal photography as an author.

Many of them have been award-winning, shown in exhibitions and published internationally in countries such as Spain, Austria, Holland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Brazil, U.S.A. or Japan among others. His images have been cover of several Spanish and European journals, different books and catalogues.

He has taught courses and workshops in digital photography, processing and lighting, and has been selected as a jury member in several national and international photographic competitions.
